A deposit of 25% of the total rental is payable
on booking and the balance two weeks before arrival. The deposit
is returnable if the booking is not accepted. |

Once a booking has been confirmed you are liable for the cost
if you have to cancel. Chevin Green Farm is entitled to reclaim
the cost of your booking if unable to relet the accommodation.
This could be as much as the full cost of your holiday including
any deposit you have paid.You can get a "Holiday Cancellation
Form" from us. We recommend you insure yourself and your party
against such liability. |

The automatic washing machine and tumble dryer in the Laundry
room are available at a nominal extra charge. |

The tenant undertakes to keep the cottage, all furniture, fixtures
and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at time
of letting (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and shall pay the
owner for any damage occurring. |

The number of people occupying the cottage must not exceed
the number stated on the booking form. |

Bookings are from Saturday 2.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am in
the holiday season. |

The owners do not accept liability for any loss or damage to
the tenant's property or for any expense, accident, injury or
inconvenience arising from the letting. |
