A deposit is payable on booking. The deposit is
returnable if the booking is not accepted.

Once a booking has been confirmed you are liable for the cost
if you have to cancel. Chevin Green Farm is entitled to reclaim
the cost of your booking if unable to relet the accommodation.
This could be as much as the full cost of your holiday including
any deposit you have paid. You can get a "Holiday Cancellation
Form" from us. We recommend you insure yourself and your party
against such liability.

The owners do not accept liability for any loss or damage to
the tenant's property or for any expense, accident, injury or
inconvenience arising from the letting.
